The Healthcare Committee of GRO Marshfield was formed to use strategies to address the healthcare needs and quality of life for the citizens of Marshfield. A study was done to capture the top 25 most common healthcare needs of our community as well as the top 25 health services needed by our citizens that are not available in Marshfield. This study has created some economic development opportunities to service those needs that were found in the gap analysis study done by the committee. A formal informational medical matrix tool has been designed for the community at large with what healthcare services that are available with their hours of operation. This tool is being made available at most healthcare facilities and other businesses in the area.
